Bio
Matt Strong, a 42-year-old aspiring model and actor of Colombian, Cuban, and Spanish heritage, was born in New Jersey and raised in East Bay, CA. Growing up in a bilingual household, he spoke English at school and Spanish at home. As a child, his mother introduced him to modeling, leading to various local gigs, including an appearance in an Apple magazine ad in the ’90s.
Athletic from a young age, Matt played multiple sports, including soccer, baseball, golf, tennis, and football, and also competed in go-kart and junior dragster racing. His interest in mechanics and engines was sparked by watching his father rebuild cars in the driveway. During his junior year of high school, his family moved to upstate New York, where he played varsity football as a starting kicker, cornerback, receiver, and kick returner. After graduating, Matt returned to the West Coast.
Following a few years of exploration, Matt joined the United States Marines, serving for five years and completing a tour in Afghanistan in 2011. In 2012, Matt became a father, which shifted his priorities, and he began studying real estate while stationed in Hawaii. After leaving the Marines in 2013, he earned his real estate license and started a career in Hawaii.
In 2017, Matt relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, to be closer to family. He continued building his real estate business, obtaining a mortgage originator’s license along the way. The years 2023 and 2024 have been a period of personal discovery and new beginnings for Matt.
At 42, Matt maintains a healthy lifestyle, prioritizing both physical and mental well-being. He works out regularly and practices yoga, emphasizing the importance of staying fit and balanced in both body and mind. His commitment to health has become a cornerstone of his daily routine.
